Balters Bionator to Close

The Balters Bionator to Close is designed to correct skeletal and dental anterior open bites in Class I and Class II malocclusions. The posterior teeth are covered with acrylic to prevent their eruption, while the acrylic is kept away from the incisors to permit closure of the open bite. Note: Like the Balters Bionator to Open, this appliance has an extended labial bow and no midline expansion screw. The enlarged Coffin Spring is available on all designs.
